Booking

​

Appointments can be requested easily via WhatsApp or direct message.

 

After your request:

• Availability will be confirmed

• Your preferences and desired activity will be discussed briefly

• Meeting point and time will be arranged together

Advance booking of at least 24 hours is recommended.

 

Payment

​

Payment is made:

• In cash at the meeting, or

• Via TWINT (if available)

 

Cancellation

​

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the session fee

• No-shows may be charged the full session price

 

Service Overview

Wellness Buddy offers private outdoor companionship, including:

• Walks and light activity

• Conversation and social time

• Relaxation and stress relief in nature

This service is:

• Non-medical

• Non-therapeutic

• Not personal training or healthcare

All sessions take place in public outdoor locations.

Health & Safety

 

Clients are kindly asked to:

• Inform us of any relevant health limitations

• Participate at their own comfortable pace

• Wear suitable clothing and footwear

Family members may coordinate appointments for seniors.

Weather

In case of severe weather, sessions can be rescheduled free of charge.

Respect & Confidentiality

 

All sessions are conducted discreetly, respectfully, and confidentially.

Wellness Buddy reserves the right to decline or end a session if safety or respectful conduct cannot be ensured.
